Join the People Analytics team to support the expansion of our HR data platform, focusing on data pipeline refactoring, integrations, and onboarding new data sources.
You will work with Workday, Dataiku, Tableau, and Trino/Presto to ensure scalable, automated, and high-quality data flows.
Data Engineering / ETL pipelines
Build and refactor existing ETL /ELT pipelines with focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability
Specifically, i ntegrate data from CFO ( SAP BW / S/4HANA ) into the HR data warehouse ; c ollaborate with Finance stakeholders to understand and translate data into People Analytics–ready datasets
Integrations & Connectors
Develop and enhance data integrations and connectors (python) across the technology stack (Workday, Dataiku, Tableau)
Standardize integration patterns and reduce technical debt
Strong experience in data engineering / ETL / modelling with focus on pipelines maintainability and data quality practices
Proven Python skills for data pipelines and integrations
Experience with Dataiku or similar platforms (Databricks, Airflow, etc.)
Experience in Banking / Finance industry and f amiliarity with SAP (BW/S4) are a plus
You are hands-on , a self-starter, with s trong stakeholder management, and structured ways of working
