Are you ready for a dynamic role in a truly international environment?
As Head of Organic Growth, you will define and execute a holistic strategy to maximize visibility across traditional and AI-driven search, organic social media, user-generated content platforms, and third-party publishers. Your leadership will be critical to EF’s mission of driving student enrollment through organic growth across 50+ markets and 25+ languages.
Strategic leadership:
- Own the global strategy for organic visibility, including search, social, AI, and off-site channels such as digital PR, partnerships, and third-party platforms, ensuring EF is cited, quoted, and recommended.
- Deliver technical architecture and oversee core SEO fundamentals, including crawlability, indexing, site performance, structured data, and multilingual strategy.
- Build scalable content frameworks and global guidelines that enable local teams to execute with consistency and impact.
- Stay ahead of trends in search, social, and AI, adapting quickly to algorithm and platform shifts.
Team and cross-functional leadership:
- Manage and develop a team of 6–8 specialists across SEO, content, technical, and social.
- Collaborate closely with paid media, creative, PR, and engineering teams to integrate organic growth into broader acquisition strategies.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, using query research, citation tracking, and continuous testing of content performance across search and social platforms to keep EF ahead of the curve.
Content, signals, and authority:
- Drive a content strategy designed to build strong, consistent, and authoritative brand signals across search, social, and AI-driven platforms.
- Champion E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).
- Align website, video, social, email, and PR to ensure consistency across channels rather than siloed execution.
- Own organic distribution across social and community-driven platforms, leveraging user-generated content to drive reach, engagement, and discovery.
Performance and measurement:
- Define and report on organic KPIs, including impressions, traffic, leads, bookings, share of voice, brand mentions and citations, and adoption of global frameworks across local markets.
- Build attribution dashboards that integrate data from traditional and AI-driven search, organic social media, user-generated content platforms, and third-party publishers, delivering actionable insights.
- Use search, social, and market insights to identify keyword trends, student questions, and competitor activity to inform ongoing optimization.
