About the Role
In our R&D department in the area of Adhesive Systems we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Project Leader. In this versatile position you are the interface between research, production, quality assurance, marketing and application engineering, fulfilling the following tasks and responsibilities:

Independent development of products, technologies and their manufacturing processes as well as internal and external implementation

Leading of project teams; defines and calls for work packages, ensures the transfer of know-how and coordination

Contact and collaboration with internal and external interface functions

Manages the expectations of the customer and stakeholder

Technical support of the products and technologies internally and among customers

Knows and maintains state of the art technology (e.g. competitive products, specialized literature, congresses, patents)

Planning and documentation according to the process guidelines, presentations and vindication of the results/ projects internally and externally

Patenting of new technologies and initiating proceeding
Your Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Initial experience in R&D as a Junior Scientist, Product Developer, Project Leader, or similar, with expertise in product or technology development.

Project Management: Strong understanding of project management principles.

Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.

Collaboration: Builds and maintains internal networks, fostering teamwork and leveraging global resources.

Organization – Strong ability to manage tasks and priorities.

Language Skills: Proficient in English; German is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Solid IT proficiency
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in adhesives or related industries, with deep market and technology knowledge.

Experience with thermal interface materials and polyurethane adhesives

Data science familiarity
