Maintain Quality documentation in the DMS (Document Management System).

Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Prepare quality metrics, KPI reports, and Management Review documentation.

Support quality training administration and supplier qualification activities.
-
Coordinate and support internal audits.
-
Act as Key User for Moovapps (Non-Conformance Data).

Support the management of non-conformities, CAPAs, and change controls.

Act as Key User FaTool (Equipment Calibration).
-
Coordinate the calibration program and maintain measuring equipment records in FaTool.

Gradually assume Key User responsibilities for additional Quality systems and applications.

Commercial CFC, Business Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Initial experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Management environment is desirable.

Internal Auditor certification is an advantage.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems would be beneficial.

Excellent communication skills in French, with a good working knowledge of English (B2 level or above).

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and support users.
