Within our International After-Sales Customer Service & Supply Chain team of our Watches Business Unit, based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a:
AFSS Customer Service and Supply Chain Coordinator
Reporting to the AFSS Repair Customer Service Manager, you are the point of contact for all after-sales inquiries from repair centers, worldwide customer services and shops regarding technical and pricing issues, expected delivery dates, client order status and shipment details.
Leveraging your experience in distribution management, your role consists of strengthening the after-sales supply chain operations. In this second mission, you ensure the expected level of customer service while meeting financial inventory requirements.
Customer Service for distribution (50%)
You ensure that the client deliveries meet the company’s key performance. You are responsible for a defined market region to:
- Track all issues related to client orders, from order placement to final delivery, including pricing, repair availability and shipments.
- Take care of any urgencies that may be received in a swift manner to ensure that the deadline is respected and client satisfaction is guaranteed.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction through the Quality Feedback Management process.
Supply Chain (50%)
Working closely with the Supply Chain Associate Manager, you provide support and back up for her main operational missions, which include:
- Novelties management: Elaborating components needs for new products.
- Demand planning administration: Maintaining forecast and safety stock.
- Backorders management.
Additionally, you contribute to product life cycle management by analysing stock before destruction and making recommendations considering all commercial, logistics and financial aspects.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a supply chain or customer service department, preferably in the luxury watch industry. A previous experience in After Sales Services sector would be an advantage.
Proactive and driven by client satisfaction, you are used to managing and following supply chain processes in a complex international environment.
Thanks to your organizational and analytical skills as well as your great ability to synthesize, you work with rigor even in a versatile context. You are autonomous, result-oriented and know how to conduct action plans to achieve your objectives. You have a good approach of problem solving and you are able to take initiatives.
You are a good team player and with your positive attitude, you can build truthful relationships within the team and create a positive and harmonious work environment.
You are using IT systems with agility, SAP being an asset. Finally, you are fluent in French, English and any other language is an advantage.
