Responsibilities
Customer experience
- Welcome and assist customers
- Provide product knowledge and guidance
- Handle transactions and inquiries
Shop operations
- Maintain displays and cleanliness
- Support stock organisation and packaging
Orders & coordination
- Manage customer orders and special requests
- Communicate clearly with production
