Key Responsibilities
1. Domestic Transport Management
Plan, coordinate, and monitor domestic inbound and outbound transportation
Manage delivery schedules, lead times, and freight cost control
Resolve delivery issues, delays, shortages, and claims
2. Order Management and Inbound/Outbound Control
Validate customer orders, stock availability, and allocation accuracy
Manage goods receipt, picking, dispatches and delivery confirmations
Ensure system accuracy between ERP and physical inventory
3. Third-Party Warehouse Management
Manage daily operations with external logistics partners
Conduct regular performance reviews
Support cost optimization activities

Your Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in related field
Someone who thrives in hands-on, on-the-ground work – not just behind a desk
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English or German
Able to manage multiple tasks with energy and professionalism, and open to frequent travel
