Pardgroup Suisse, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is looking for a Finance Manager to join its team in Lugano, supporting our Swiss and French offices.
The new colleague will carry out the following activities:

Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and invoicing, including supplier payments and expenses;

Perform account reconciliations and support financial administration activities including budgeting;

Support month-end close, including preparation of journals, accruals, and prepayments;
- Prepare and support VAT returns and cross-border VAT activities;
- Maintain and update financial data, spreadsheets, and accounting systems, ensuring accuracy;
- Support and oversee the team in raising and processing external and inter-company transactions, invoices and payments (in multi-currencies);

Carrying out (multi-currency) bank reconciliations and identifying and rectifying any issues;

Collaborate with Swiss and French finance teams to coordinate invoicing, collections, and reporting across regions;

Ensure compliance with financial policies and support internal/external audits while maintaining confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role;

Fully or Part-qualified accountant combined with strong practical experience;

Experience with VAT in cross-border operations with Swiss exposure (French is a plus);

Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills;
-
Proactive mindset with experience combining finance and administrative tasks;

Good Excel and financial systems skills;
-
Fluency in French and English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with accounting Software Dynamics & Quickbooks;

Experience working with international teams;
-
Knowledge of German.
