Turgi leitest Du ein Team von ca. 15 Mitarbeitenden. Dabei übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle in der täglichen Produktionssteuerung. Du koordinierst operative Tätigkeiten innerhalb des Teams und sorgst dafür, dass Montage-, Prüf- und Logistikprozesse effizient, sicher und qualitätsgerecht ablaufen. Dabei bist Du die direkte Ansprechperson für die Mitarbeitenden und arbeitest eng mit der Produktionsleitung und anderen Schnittstellen zusammen. Dein Einsatz trägt wesentlich dazu bei, dass wir unsere Produktionsziele erreichen und uns kontinuierlich verbessern. B.
