The expert in-house team is on hand to create truly one-off experiences from hiking and heliskiing to lavish feasts prepared by a private chef.
Lead and supervise the Housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Organize daily housekeeping operations within the private chalet, including task allocation, schedules, and service coordination.
Ensure the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of all guest areas, suites, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces.
Oversee daily cleaning, turndown service, and personalized room preparations according to guests’ preferences and expectations.
Train, support, and motivate Housekeeping team members to consistently deliver luxury service standards.
Ensure the proper care and handling of luxury materials, furnishings, artwork, and interior finishes.
Coordinate closely with the Butler team, Chalet Manager, Property Manager, and other departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure a discreet, personalized, and attentive housekeeping service throughout their stay.
Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities, and inventory levels.
Monitor and report maintenance issues, damages, or guest preferences to the appropriate teams.
Oversee VIP arrivals, special setups, and specific guest requests.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding guests and their private information.
Proven experience as a Head Housekeeper, Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Supervisor, or similar role within luxury hotels, private residences, villas, chalets, yachts, or high-end hospitality environments.
Previous experience managing and training a Housekeeping team.
Strong knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards and private residence service expectations.
Excellent understanding of the expectations and requirements of high-net-worth clientele.
Experience with luxury materials, fine furnishings, and high-end property care is an asset.
Fluent in French and English; additional languages are highly appreciated.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Impeccable attention to detail, discretion, and professional presentation.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a private residence environment.
Flexible and available according to guest requirements and operational needs.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with Butler, Culinary, and Property teams.
