We are seeking an experienced and highly autonomous professional to join the Operations team. The role consists in reviewing, optimizing and transforming operational processes across the department.
This position requires a strong Operational background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive efficiency initiatives.
The role requires close collaboration with Operations teams, management, IT and other stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, streamline workflows and support strategic transformation projects.
- Main responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing operational processes and workflows across the department
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, operational risks, and opportunities for automation and optimization
Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality and operational control
Lead and coordinate transformation initiatives from analysis through implementation
Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand operational challenges
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPI to measure process effectiveness and improvements outcomes
Support change management activities and ensure successful adoption of new processes and operating models
Ensure that proposed changes comply with regulatory framework, internal policies and risk management
Document processes, procedures and target operating models
- Your Profile
Master’s degree in finance or Information Technology
Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking Operations
Proven experience in process review, process re-engineering or continuous improvement initiatives
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholders management skills across all organisational levels
Ability to work independently and challenge the status quo constructively
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma; Business Process Management or similar methodologies is a strong advantage
Fluent in French and English; any other language would be a plus
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, programming skills is a plus
Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
