Das kannst du bewirken
Gemeinsam mit der Teamleitung führst und entwickelst du ein Team von rund 20 Mitarbeitenden in der Sortierlogistik.
Als Teil eines Führungsduos oder Führungstrios stärkst du den Austausch, die Zusammenarbeit und den Teamzusammenhalt.
Zusammen mit deinem Team stellst du die qualitativ hochwertige Bearbeitung von unanbringlichen und defekten Briefsendungen sicher.
Führungsaufgaben übernimmst du selbstständig und vertrittst die Teamleitung bei Abwesenheiten.
Neue Mitarbeitende begleitest du während ihrer Einarbeitung und unterstützt sie dabei, sich rasch im Team und in ihren Aufgaben zurechtzufinden.
Das bringst du mit
Du hast eine Grundausbildung EFZ, idealerweise in der Logistik, abgeschlossen und verfügst über das Leadership-Zertifikat oder bringst die Bereitschaft mit, dieses nachzuholen.
Dank deiner Erfahrung in der Logistik kennst du die Anforderungen eines operativen Betriebs und möchtest dich in einer Führungsrolle weiterentwickeln.
Verantwortung zu übernehmen fällt dir leicht und du überzeugst als wertschätzendes und verlässliches Vorbild für dein Team.

Zusammen mit deinem Team stellst du die qualitativ hochwertige Bearbeitung von unanbringlichen und defekten Briefsendungen sicher.

Dein Bewerbungsprozess.
Unser Bewerbungsprozess besteht aus mehreren Schritten. So weisst du jederzeit, wo du gerade stehst.
1. Vorselektion
Wir prüfen deine Unterlagen sorgfältig. Wenn du in das gesuchte Profil passt, kontaktieren wir dich innerhalb von zwei - drei Wochen.
2. Persönliches Erstgespräch
Wir freuen uns, dich in einem persönlichen Erstgespräch vor Ort näher kennenzulernen.
3. Schnuppertag
Wir bieten dir die Gelegenheit, bei uns reinzuschnuppern. So kannst du dir ein Bild vom Job und den Menschen bei der Post machen.
4. Finaler Entscheid
Der finale Entscheid fällt in der Regel 6-8 Wochen nach Bewerbungseingang. Wenn du eine Zusage erhältst, unterbreiten wir dir mündlich ein entsprechendes Vertragsangebot. Bist du damit einverstanden, bestätigen wir dir die Vertragskonditionen via E-Mail und erstellen deinen Arbeitsvertrag.
