Your Mission
As Senior Director, IT Business Partner – Global Technical Operations, you will serve as the primary strategic technology partner for one of Incyte's most critical business organizations.
You will define and execute the technology strategy supporting Manufacturing, External Supply, Quality, Pharmaceutical Development, Laboratory Operations and Supply Chain, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value while supporting future growth.
Balancing strategic vision with operational excellence, you will identify opportunities to simplify complex processes, accelerate innovation and strengthen collaboration across a global organization.
As the visible face of IT for Global Technical Operations, you will build trusted executive relationships while creating a technology ecosystem that enables operational excellence today and supports the manufacturing capabilities of tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership

Develop trusted partnerships with senior leaders across Global Technical Operations, serving as their strategic technology advisor.

Translate business priorities into long-term technology strategies and actionable digital roadmaps that deliver measurable value.

Provide thought leadership by challenging existing ways of working and identifying opportunities where technology can transform business performance.

Partner with stakeholders to ensure technology investments remain aligned with business priorities, future pipeline expansion and evolving operational needs.
Drive Digital Manufacturing & External Supply Transformation

Lead the technology strategy supporting Manufacturing, External Supply, Quality, Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical Development and Laboratory Operations.

Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, compliance, scalability and decision-making.

Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure Incyte remains at the forefront of digital manufacturing.

Ensure technology capabilities evolve alongside the company's growing manufacturing network and expanding global footprint.
Deliver Operational Excellence

Provide leadership across a portfolio of business-critical technology platforms supporting Global Technical Operations.

Significant leadership experience within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or another highly regulated industry.

Deep understanding of Manufacturing, External Supply, Quality, Pharmaceutical Development, Supply Chain and Laboratory Operations.

Demonstrated success defining and executing enterprise technology strategies aligned with business priorities.

Experience leading global digital transformation initiatives across complex organizations.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies including SAP, MES, LIMS, Veeva and related enterprise platforms.

Proven success managing large technology portfolios, budgets and international project teams.

Experience leading geographically dispersed teams within a global matrix organization.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
