As a Strategy and Transformation Manager in our Enterprise Data and Analytics practice, you will lead client engagements that turn AI, data, and transformation ambition into measurable business impact.
In this role, you will:
- Lead engagements across AI transformation, enterprise data & analytics, operating model design, governance, and scaled adoption of AI agents and intelligent workflows;
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping strategies and execution plans that deliver measurable value;
- Translate strategic ambition into tangible solutions, pilots, and scalable transformation programs;
- Guide multidisciplinary teams across strategy, data, design, and technology to deliver practical and scalable outcomes;
- Build trusted client relationships, create follow-on opportunities, and help shape new offers and thought leadership in areas such as agentic AI, AI governance, and frontier firm transformation;
- Guide clients in leveraging the frontier AI ecosystem to achieve scalable, enterprise‑ready solutions;
- Coach teams and contribute to a builder-oriented consulting culture, turning ideas into tangible outcomes.
- 6-10 years of professional experience, including significant prior experience in management consulting within a strategy, transformation, technology, data, or digital consulting firm;
- Proven ability to lead client engagements or major workstreams end-to-end, from problem framing to delivery steering;
- Strong understanding of AI strategy, data & analytics, governance, and operating model transformation, including scalable data foundations enabling enterprise-grade AI;
- Solid expertise in modern AI and data technology stacks (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP, GitHub, LangChain, Claude, n8n, Power Automate, among others);
- Ability to bridge strategy and execution by shaping buildable solutions, pilots and prototypes with multidisciplinary teams;
- Commercial mindset with the ability to grow trusted client relationships, identify opportunities, contribute to proposals, and help shape new offerings;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; German (Zurich) or French (Geneva) is mandatory at a business-proficiency level (C1).
