Your Responsibilities:
- Advise customers and actively sell our products (Swatch, Bijoux, sunglasses and Flik Flak)
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience through excellent service and a warm welcome
- Ensure an attractive presentation of our products in the store
- Operate the cash register and handle daily cash balancing
- Perform minor watch services, including battery and strap replacements
- Maintain the visual appearance of the store, including window displays, sales areas and furniture
- Receive deliveries and help unpack and restock products
- Completed retail apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
- Previous sales experience, ideally in the watch, jewellery or lifestyle industry
- Flexible regarding working hours, including weekends and public holidays
