HR Process Management
- Map current HR workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and design streamlined, automated solutions aligned with the existing HR systems.
- Ensure HR process design and documentation are compliant with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Define, document, and continuously improve HR processes – ensure processes are aligned with best practice.
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of annual core HR processes (e.g., Performance Management, Compensation Planning, External Reporting).
HR Systems
- Responsibility for the administration, support, and continuous development of the global HR systems landscape, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
- Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules according to business and HR requirements.
- Analyse, coordinate and implement system changes and improvements with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Consulting and support for internal stakeholders regarding SAP SuccessFactors-related topics and processes.
- Administration and development of the Learning platform within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring effective user support and content management.
- Ensure the availability of training materials and conduct or coordinate user trainings.
- Ensure system documentation, compliance, and adherence to global data privacy standards.
HR Reporting & Analytics
- Ensure a high quality HR data foundation that enables efficient reporting and meaningful people analytics while complying with data privacy and security requirements.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and standardized reporting to support data-driven decision making.
- Create, analyze, and provide HR reports and KPIs to global stakeholders.
- Define and continuously improve standards for HR master data quality and data management.
- Ensure compliance with data policies and execute required controls in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
- 3–5 years HRIS experience with hands‑on administration of SAP SuccessFactors and strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and advanced Excel.
- Strong HR process expertise, including design, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in HR Reporting & Analytics, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of HR data governance and privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR).
- Project management skills and experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders in an international environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to explain technical topics to non‑technical audiences; structured and solution‑oriented working style.
