About the Role
Jacob & Co. is seeking an exceptional Senior Client Advisor to represent the Maison at our European flagship boutique in Geneva. This role is designed for a relationship-driven luxury professional who understands that extraordinary business results are built through unforgettable client experiences.
As the primary point of contact for our most valued clients, you will operate as an entrepreneur within the business, taking ownership of your client portfolio while delivering the level of service, expertise, and relationship-building expected by the world's most discerning collectors and connoisseurs.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences from initial discovery through after-sales follow-up
- Build, develop, and grow a portfolio of UHNW clients through genuine relationship-buildingand strategic networking
- Create memorable client journeys that strengthen loyalty and drive long-term businessgrowth
- Reactivate dormant clients through thoughtful outreach and personalized engagement
- Represent Jacob & Co. at private events, auctions, watch fairs, client activations, andluxury networking opportunities
- Maintain consistent follow-up and clienteling efforts to ensure strong retention and repeatbusiness
Business Development & Sales Performance
- Proactively generate business opportunities through personal networks, referrals, andmarket presence
- Identify opportunities to expand awareness of the Jacob & Co. universe among qualifiedprospects
- Drive sales performance through strong product expertise, relationship management, andcommercial acumen
- Own individual performance goals and contribute to overall boutique success
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences to identify newopportunities
Luxury Expertise & Brand Representation
- Develop deep expertise in Jacob & Co.’s high watchmaking, high jewellery, gemology, and brand heritage
- Stay current on new collections, limited editions, and technical innovations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to collectors through compelling storytelling and product knowledge
- Embody the highest standards of luxury etiquette, professionalism, and presentation
- Represent the Maison with confidence and authenticity in all client-facing interactions
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, client profiles, and engagement history
- Execute clienteling activities, follow-ups, event invitations, and relationship-buildinginitiatives with consistency
- Support inventory management, stock handling, merchandising, and boutique presentation standards
- Manage after-sales requests, service follow-up, and client communications proactively
- Coordinate shipping, compliance documentation, invoicing, and transaction processing accurately
- Ensure adherence to all company security, compliance, and operational procedures
Team & Boutique Contribution
- Contribute positively to boutique culture and team performance
- Share market insights, client feedback, and best practices with colleagues and management
- Support boutique events, activations, and special initiatives
- Act as a brand ambassador both inside and outside the boutique
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in luxury retail, high watchmaking, fine jewellery, or ultra-premium hospitality
- Proven track record of sales performance and relationship development with UHNW clientele
- High watchmaking and/or fine jewellery knowledge required
- Experience representing a luxury brand at events and networking functions
- Established client portfolio and transferable relationships within the luxury market preferred
- Experience working with international clientele and multicultural environments

- Fluent English and French required
