Our client, an international company based in Geneva, is looking for an IT Support / Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen its local IT team.
In a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will act as a key point of contact for end users while actively contributing to infrastructure support and local IT projects.

Provide onsite IT support to end users (hardware, software, collaboration tools, mobility, meeting room technologies, etc.)

Manage and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 technical incidents

Participate in the deployment and follow-up of local and global IT projects

Support users in the adoption of digital tools and deliver user training when required

Ensure an excellent user experience and maintain a high level of service quality

Collaborate with global IT teams and external vendors

Support the management and maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure

Contribute to quality, compliance, and internal IT procedures

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for IT services and processes
Profile Required

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in IT support and/or infrastructure roles

Hands-on experience providing end-user support in a professional environment

Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Office 365, Outlook, Teams, Windows)

Familiarity with infrastructure technologies including desktops, mobility, networking, and conferencing solutions

Initial experience or strong interest in IT projects and user enablement/training

Knowledge of ITIL or IT support best practices is a plus

Experience working in a regulated environment is considered an advantage

Fluent French / Professional English is mandatory
