Responsibilities
Deployment Coordination

Act as the bridge between IT and OT to prepare and run smooth deployments.

Coordinate IT tasks (network, cybersecurity, servers, databases, AD) with regional/local teams.

Verify prerequisites before go‑live (IPs, firewall rules, backups, licenses).
Readiness & Cutover

Support cutover planning and execution with Project Managers and Experts.

Align IT resources, schedules, and change windows.
-
Handle escalations and drive GO/NO‑GO preparation.
Transition to Operations
-
Ensure updated documentation, runbooks, and ITSM routing.
-
Confirm monitoring dashboards are set up.
-
Facilitate smooth handover to Operations & Support.
Management of IT for OT coordinators in the other regions (RAP & RAM)
-
Manage, guide and coordinate IT for OT Coordinators in RAP and RAM.
-
Harmonize working methods and deployment processes across regions.
Requirements

Degree in IT, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
-
Strong experience in IT/OT integration, industrial deployments, and coordination with cross‑functional teams

Familiarity with ITSM practices

Strong knowledge of IT/OT architectures and industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Ethernet/IP)

Skills in troubleshooting across network/security/platform layers

Readiness to travel up to 40%
