OASIA stands for the Asian oasis in Kehrsatz. We combine traditional Thai massage with selected techniques from Bali and other Asian massage traditions – in a calm, high-quality and clean environment.
To prepare for our opening, we are looking for an experienced Thai masseuse who will take on organizational responsibility in addition to the treatment.
- Place of work: Kehrsatz (BE)
- Workload: 80–100 % (by arrangement)
- Start: by appointment / Preparation for opening 01.01.2027
Your tasks
- Implementation of traditional Thai massages (wellness & relaxation)
- Technical management of the company
- Introduction, support and quality assurance of the staff
- Participation in the development of hygiene and process concepts
- Appointment organization and daily coordination
- Contact person for owners and team in day-to-day operations
Your profile
- Completed training as a Thai masseuse (certified)
- Several years of professional experience
- Ideally experience in a managerial or responsible position
- Very high service and quality orientation
- Reliable, quiet, structured
- German or English at the level of communication (other languages are an advantage)
