Office Assistant / Sales
To support our Berlitz team in Lugano, we are looking for an Office Assistant / Sales to join our team.
Your responsibilities
- You will be right at the heart of the action, as the first point of contact for our customers.
- You will undertake didactic consultations, sell our services to private and state subsidized customers, and guarantee optimum customer support.
- You will be responsible for all administrative and organizational tasks relating to course organization, mainly in the field of state subsidized programs.
- You will plan marketing and networking initiatives and energetically realize these. You will maintain our customer relationships.
- In coordination with the Director, you will ensure the sales objectives achievement.
Your profile
- You have a background in business or tourism.
- You are strongly experienced in sales, ideally in the service sector.
- You have a talent for organization, and initiative and flexibility are among your key strengths.
- You are reliable and accurate in your approach to work.
- You possess a high level of engagement, and working independently and flexibly is natural to you.
- You have very good English, German and PC skills.
