We are seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise Data Architecture to define and lead the enterprise-wide data architecture strategy. This role will shape how data is governed, integrated, modeled, secured, and leveraged across P&C, L&H, finance, risk, and corporate functions.
As a senior leader, you will be expected to be a hands-on driver of change, bringing strong data acumen and the ability to dive deeply into the reinsurance domain. You will partner with business executives, technology leadership, data modeling, and governance teams to establish a scalable, secure, and future-ready data architecture that enables strategic priorities, regulatory expectations, and operational efficiency. The role will collaborate closely with the Chief Data Officer organization and domain data modelers to translate business needs into practical, high-quality data architecture outcomes.
