In this role as Technical Product Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind turning cutting-edge technology into market-ready solutions. Acting as the bridge between innovation and implementation, you'll coordinate product development and lifecycle strategies, aligning cross-functional teams—from R&D to marketing—to bring visionary products to life.

What are your
main tasks?
As a Technical Product Manager at DIAMOND SA, you’ll play a central role in transforming customer needs and market trends into innovative fiber optic solutions. Your daily work will involve cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and hands-on coordination—ensuring our products not only meet the highest technical standards but also deliver real-world value.
Support and further development of the existing product portfolio
Close cooperation with marketing and sales for the market launch of new products
Creation of technical documentation, product documentation, and sales support materials
Monitoring the product throughout its entire life cycle, from concept to discontinuation
Close communication with development, marketing, and sales to ensure that products meet market needs and are successfully marketed

What you bring to the role
Completed technical education (e.g., mechanical engineering, micromechanics, electrical engineering) with additional training in product management or marketing
Several years of professional experience in a technical environment, ideally in product or project management
Business fluent in Italian, German, and English
Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems, SAP R3 is an advantage
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and customer-oriented thinking
