Job Description
SDI Management Consulting is continuously looking for experienced Engagement Managers to lead the exciting projects as well as build and develop client relationships. You can expect a challenging fast-paced environment with excellent international consulting teams working on-site with best-in-class industry clients.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for on-time delivery of client projects ensuring their full satisfaction
Lead engagement structuring and hypotheses development processes
Manage SDI project teams and provide guidance to SDI Consultants and Senior Consultants
Assume project budget responsibility
Lead project proposal development and client pitches
Collaborate with senior SDI Partners / Associate Partners to develop sustainable client relationships
Position Requirements
At least 5-6 years of management consulting or other relevant experience
Advanced degree, such as Master, MBA or PhD from a top university or business school
Excellent written and spoken English skills required
Strong analytical thinking to effectively comprehend and analyze information
Significant international management consulting experience
Willpower and proven determination
Absolute team player with great self-confidence, solid interpersonal skills and a very good sense of humor
