You’ll be a core part of Kainjoo’s web factory — building and launching sites that look great, perform well, and work reliably for clients across industries. You’ll own the full cycle from setup to go-live, and you’ll know how to handle the messy reality of real-world CMS projects with confidence.
From configuring a WooCommerce store to integrating a CRM and setting up tracking, you’ll handle the breadth of what modern web delivery looks like. You’re comfortable working across tools and you know how to get things live cleanly.

Build and configure CMS-based websites using page builders, custom themes, and plugins

Set up and configure e-commerce stores including payment gateways, shipping, and product management

Integrate third-party tools: analytics, tag management, SEO, email marketing, forms, and CRM

Configure and maintain CDN, DNS, SSL, and security rules

Handle server and hosting management (staging, production, backups, performance)

Set up multisite and multi-language environments where required

Perform SEO Level 1 setup: sitemaps, redirects, structured data, meta configuration

Conduct site launches, go-live checklists, and post-launch support

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, plugin conflicts, and performance issues

Experience
-
3+ years of CMS-based web development experience (WordPress or similar)

Proficiency with a major page builder (Elementor, Divi, or equivalent)

Experience with e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar)

Familiarity with CDN and DNS configuration (Cloudflare or equivalent)

Basic PHP or scripting knowledge for custom functionality

Experience with multisite or multi-language CMS setups

Good understanding of web performance (caching, image optimisation, Core Web Vitals)
Nice to Have

Experience with modern no-code/low-code tools (Framer, Webflow)

Familiarity with headless CMS or decoupled frontend architectures

Familiarity with web analytics tools (GA4, Matomo, GTM)

Knowledge of email marketing integrations (Mailchimp, Brevo, or transactional email services)

Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, IT, or equivalent practical experience
