We are looking for a Digital Systems Coordinator 80-100% with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Managing and supporting the FIFA Museum’s day-to-day digital systems and IT infrastructure, including SecuTix, Simply X, Salesforce, Museum+, Contentful, Eptura Engage and Momentus
- Acting as the main contact for digital and ICT matters between the FIFA Museum and FIFA, ensuring alignment on systems, policies, shared platforms and preferred partners
- Gathering business requirements, translate them into development priorities, and coordinate implementation with external providers
- Supporting website and CMS enhancements as well as technology set-ups for exhibitions and events
- Maintaining IT asset inventories, software licences, and compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards
- Contributing to agile delivery processes, including planning, reviews and implementation follow-up where required
- Overseeing Salesforce administration and development, including user access, maintenance and business-driven enhancements
- Supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud maintenance and provide training to business users
- Delivering data analysis, dashboards and reporting to support business performance and decision-making
- Collaborating across teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of the FIFA Museum’s digital ecosystem.

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering or a related field with 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships
- Experience with client-centric design principles and a solid understanding of UX/UI, system design and software development concepts
- Knowledge of Scrum and agile ways of working
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques
- Strong understanding of Salesforce operations, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or a willingness to learn
- Experience delivering large-scale digital development projects and creating BI dashboards and data visualisations
- Very good written and spoken language skills in English; any additional language would be an advantage
- Proactive, creative and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams and functions
- Clear and effective communicator, able to convey and interpret information accurately
Our exhibitions and events in the FIFA Museum at Zurich's Enge railway station and abroad show how international football has continually developed, generating enthusiasm, inspiring and connecting people around the world.
With numerous attractions, audio-visual content and varied exhibition areas that are also intended to stimulate reflection, the museum shows the global influence of football. A permanent exhibition area of around 3,000 square metres is available on three levels and comprises more than 1,000 exhibits in an interactive, multimedia world of experience. In addition, the museum offers an exciting cultural program and an educational program for families with children and school classes.
Our FIFA Museum team is just as unique as our exhibitions and events program. Around 80 employees are currently working for the museum. They represent different nationalities, various professional backgrounds and numerous languages. They are united by their shared passion, love and enthusiasm for football and culture.
