What You Will Do
-
Responsibility for revenue generation and achievement of targets within the assigned sales territory

Identification and development of new customer potential as well as expansion of existing customer relationships
-
Management of a diverse customer portfolio, including pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and cosmetics industries, quality control laboratories (QC), universities, and research institutes
-
Planning and conducting customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
-
Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing
-
Building and maintaining an active sales pipeline through targeted business development and follow-up of leads
-
Close collaboration with Service Engineers, Product Management, and Sales colleagues
-
Ensuring high customer satisfaction and building long-term partnerships
-
Maintaining and updating all activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
-
Monitoring market and competitor developments and sharing relevant insights internally
What You Bring
-
Experience in field sales, account management, or business development, ideally within a technical or scientific environment
-
Strong sales capabilities and a proven track record in achieving targets
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Independent and structured working style with effective territory management skills
-
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build long-term relationships
-
Fluent German and good basic English skills
-
High willingness to travel within the region (including Western Austria and Liechtenstein)
-
Experience in laboratory technology, instrumentation, or related technical industries, or an educational background in chemistry, food technology, life sciences, or a comparable field
