We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and dedicated Commis de Cuisine to join our professional kitchen team.
- Prepare mise en place for both cold and hot kitchen sections
- Assist in the preparation and production of dishes for à la carte service, banquets, and buffets
- Work across all areas of the kitchen operation
- Support product and goods quality control
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
- Handle food products and kitchen equipment responsibly
- Assist Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Support and guide culinary apprentices when required
