Our "Graduate Program Private Wealth Management" offers exactly this opportunity. You will gain exposure to various departments, responsibilities, and services of one of Europe's leading private banks. During the program, we will support you in your professional as well as personal development.
During this 18-month Graduate Program, you will become familiar with our advisory business in Private Wealth Management. You will gain in-depth insights into several specialist departments as well as our location in Germany, and you will also have the opportunity to get to know our location in France during a mobility. You will rotate through the following areas:
1.Client Development (client profiling, client pitch presentation preparation)
2.Compliance & Legal
3.Target Unit (PWM Geneva)
4.Client Solutions (Discretionary Portfolio Management , Advisory, Products)
5.PWM France (Paris)
o You have graduated from a Business School, Engineering School or other studies / education with ideally a strong interest in Finance and Macroeconomics.
o You have a strong interest in financial markets, you have already gained experience in the banking or financial services and have good IT skills, particularly with common MS Office applications.
o You impress with your confident demeanor and your friendly, proactive manner. Strong communication skills are also one of your strengths.
o You can respond to demanding clients, and you are solution-oriented. You impress with your above-average analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
o You have very good German and English skills. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
