About the job
Within the Quality department, you will be under the supervision of the Senior Quality Assurance & EHS manager. Your main role will be to support the management of the Quality Management System and in particular:
- Support the management of TrackWise Digital, our eQMS software: support users; identify and implement opportunities of improvement in the tool, prepare deployment of ugrades
- Support the management of the Quality Management System as part of the preparation of the renewal of ISO13485 certification
- Contribute to training management and participate to the deployment of a new Training Management Software
- Monitor key quality performance indicators and propose and implement new ones. Report them internally in a clear, comprehensive, visual manner.
- Support the Quality Complaint Specialist upon need for complaint and device deficiencies management
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
About you
- You are an engineer or university student with a specialisation in Quality Assurance or Biomedical engineering.
- You have a good command of MS Office systems and tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- You speak English and French fluently.
- Autonomy, curiosity, proactivity, a taste for investigation and the ability to manage software implementation.
- Applicants must already hold a valid Swiss work/student permit or be eligible to work in Switzerland (Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship)
