The Licensing Accounts & Merchandising Intern provides operational and analytical support to the Merchandising team, contributing to the preparation of product launches, market activities, and internal coordination processes.
This role offers hands-on exposure to product lifecycle management, assortment planning, and international market dynamics.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Merchandising Support

Support preparation of seasonal line sheets, assortment tools, and sales materials

Assist in organizing product presentations and market meetings
-
Help collect and structure product information for internal and external use
Operational & System Support

Assist in ensuring product data accuracy (styles, colors, pricing, deliveries) in internal systems
-
Support data entry and updates in PLM or merchandising tools
-
Help monitor product status and track key milestones
Product Development Support

Assist in tracking samples, approvals, and product development timelines
-
Support coordination of materials (videos, lookbooks, color cards, etc.)
-
Help follow up on approvals and ensure proper documentation
Analysis & Reporting

Support basic sales and performance analysis

Assist in preparing recap documents and presentations

Help maintain archives and seasonal product documentation
Cross-team Coordination

Liaise with internal teams (Design, Merchandising, Marketing) for information collection

Provide general support to the team on ongoing projects and ad hoc activities
Requirements

Degree (or in progress) in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or related field
-
Strong interest in merchandising, product, and fashion industry

Good analytical and organizational skills
-
Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Fluent in English
