Your Mission as a Night Manager:
Night Guardian: You are responsible for the night shift, ensuring impeccable security and guest relations.
Key Contact: You are the go-to person for our guests, turning every complaint into a WOW experience.
Financial Maestro: Prepare the daily financial report and handle day-to-day accounting (validating invoices, processing payments, closing daily operations).
Reporting to Management: Communicate daily with management about your shift's progress.
Versatility: Assist different departments as needed.
Guest Check-ins and Check-outs: Ensure smooth and warm check-ins and check-outs.
Personalized Welcome: Greet guests at the reception or on the phone, inform them about hotel services, and encourage them to use these services.
Experience: At least 2 years in the same role in luxury hospitality.
Outgoing Personality: Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, versatility, and motivation.
Languages: Perfect command of French and English; an additional language is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Opera software.
Passionate about W: Genuine interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene, and stance.
Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for detail and are passionate about delivering a memorable guest experience.
Position Available from August 2026 for long terme contract
