Maintain an inventory of third-party applications and external websites, including ownership, access models, and vendor details ;
Execute access lifecycle processes for third-party applications and external websites, including joiner, mover, and leaver activities ;
Process access provisioning, modification, and revocation requests in line with IAM policies;
Maintain clear, consistent, and auditable documentation of access decisions and approvals ;
Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and process documentation for each third-party application and external website ;
Centralize and retain organizational knowledge of vendor-specific access procedures ;
Support periodic access reviews and certification activities with business stakeholders ;
Collaborate with business owners, HR, IT GRC, Compliance, and vendors to ensure process alignment ;
Support audits by providing evidence, documentation, and process transparency ;
Support application onboarding through standard processes, including requirements gathering and configuration in Clear Skye and ServiceNow ;
Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation through IAM tools such as ServiceNow and Clear Skye .
