Position Overview
We are looking for a data-driven, curious, and collaborative Analyst to join the Marketing Data Intelligence team. This role will support the development of actionable insights across market intelligence, brand health, consumer research, and customer insights, helping drive better decision-making across Brand Growth and Omnichannel marketing teams
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights Generation
- Analyze performance data across brand, omnichannel, and market dimensions to generate clear, actionable insights
- Support the team in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven analysis
- Contribute to market intelligence by tracking industry, competitor, and consumer trends
Consumer & Market Insights
- Support the design, execution, and analysis of market research and consumer insights projects
- Consolidate multiple data sources (quantitative and qualitative) into clear narratives
- Develop a strong understanding of consumer behavior and regional market dynamics
Reporting & Operational Excellence
- Own and maintain recurring reports and dashboards
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data delivery
- Support / promote ad hoc analyses to respond to business needs
Omnichannel & Stakeholder Support
- Contribute to the integration of data into omnichannel and leadership presentations
- Act as a key support for cross-functional teams by providing relevant data and insights
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development, and other stakeholders

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong data appetite with advanced analytical capabilities
- Experience in consumer insights, market research, or performance analysis, preferably in fashion/luxury retail or fast-moving consumer goods.
- Ability to work with large datasets and synthesize complex information clearly
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present insights in a concise and impactful way, adapted to the audience

Collaborative mindset and ability to work / coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate business needs, identify emerging questions, and translate them into relevant analytical approaches and insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel) and AI tools. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Fluency in English, any other language (especially French) is a bonus
