We are looking for a Project Manager Operations to lead impactful projects across Operations and related functions. You'll partner with other teams to improve end-to-end product delivery, ensure quality, control costs and deliver projects from feasibility to execution at our Dübendorf production site.
You will be based in Dübendorf and reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
Please note that this will be a temporary contract till end of 2028.
In this exciting role you will:

Plan and manage operations projects of varying size and complexity (feasibility, concept and execution)

Define project scope, cost estimates, schedules, milestones and implementation plans

Lead cross-functional project teams: set goals, assign work packages, run team/steering/stakeholder meetings and document outcomes

Deliver projects on scope, budget, time and quality targets; track deadlines, costs and resources

Use Givaudan's six-sigma methodology and PGP/project gate process; maintain projects in the PPM tool

Facilitate workshops, write minutes and follow up on actions

Build stakeholder relationships and communicate project status, requirements and benefits

Support annual HR processes by providing performance input for project team members and help develop project management capabilities and talent within Operations.
Your professional profile includes:

University degree in Manufacturing Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management or related field

4–6 years' experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Logistics

Project Management certification and as an advantage Lean Green Belt
-
Familiarity with TPM, KPI, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and project controlling tools

Good stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Expert with financial concepts (OPEX, CAPEX) and tools (e.g., SAP)
-
Business fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous
