For our Part-145 aircraft maintenance department Nomad Technics AG at Basel EuroAirport, we are looking for a qualified, flexible and self-driven Technical Coordinator – Aviation Maintenance
Your tasks:
Maintenance Coordination

Monitors order status and escalates delays, technical holds, or parts shortages to management

Conducts thorough scope of work reviews for each incoming project, validating that all required maintenance tasks, inspections, modifications, and customer-specific requirements are clearly defined

Identifies and flags any scope gaps, ambiguities, or technically unfeasible items discovered during SOW review and communicates findings to management, sales, and the customer as appropriate

Team Support
Parts & Tooling Verification
Procedures, Airworthiness Directives & Service Bulletins

Reviews all applicable maintenance procedures (AMM, CMM, SRM, NDT manuals) required for the project scope and confirms current revision status before task execution
Evaluates customer-directed SBs and engineering orders for parts, tooling, and skill requirements, ensuring they are accurately reflected in the work package before induction
