We are searching for a Sales Area Manager to join our Swiss operations and become part of our forthcoming growth.
Your Responsibilities:

Drive sales performance of the dealer network in Suisse Romande.
- Monitor dealer KPIs (volume, mix, stock, margins, lead conversion).
- Support dealers in implementing sales processes and achieving targets.
- Implement national sales strategies at regional level.
- Negotiate and activate local sales campaigns with the dealers.
- Ensure proper execution of new model launches and sales programs.
- Assist in identifying and developing opportunities with fleet, leasing, and corporate customers.
- Support dealers in managing large accounts and tenders.
- Track regional sales trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences.
- Provide structured feedback and reporting to headquarters.
- Ensure dealers deliver a premium brand experience to all customers.
- Support resolution of critical sales-related customer cases.
Your Profile

At least 3 years of Automotive Experience in a commercial position in Switzerland,
- Academic Degree with specialization in Business related area.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and French. German, Chinese and Italian will be considered an asset.
- Hands-on, result oriented, pressure tolerant, do more & talk-less attitude is indispensable
