We’re working on behalf of a growing and well-established start-up within the banking and financial services sector, an organisation that has built a strong market presence over several years and continues to scale with stable, sustained growth.
They are now looking to hire a Sales Client Advisor to join their digital solutions team, supporting financial institutions, banks and asset managers.
You’ll combine business development, advisory, and relationship management, acting as a key link between clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the financial services sector

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

Understand client challenges and position appropriate digital solutions

Lead conversations, presentations, and commercial discussions with clients

Support clients throughout onboarding and beyond, ensuring long-term engagement

Collaborate internally with product and technical teams to deliver client value

Spot opportunities to expand existing accounts and grow revenue
Candidate Profile

Experience in sales, client advisory, or relationship management within financial services

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive and close opportunities

Interest in technology and digitalisation trends in banking

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Ability to navigate complex organisations and engage multiple stakeholders

Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a growing, fast-paced environment
Fluent in English, German and/or French.
