To strengthen our in-house M&A capabilities, we are looking f an M&A / Integration Associate to suppt our CFO across the full deal lifecycle: from opptunity assessment and transaction execution to post-merger integration.
Wking closely with the CFO, you will contribute to analysing acquisition opptunities, codinating transaction processes, suppting integration initiatives across the Group, and ensuring that projects progress efficiently and with high quality. This role offers direct exposure to strategic transactions, close collabation with seni management, and the opptunity to build broad cpate M&A expertise in an international environment.
This is a deliberately hands-on execution role with a strong focus on analysis, transaction execution and project codination rather than pure deal igination leadership responsibilities. It is an excellent opptunity f someone from a Big 4, project management, audit, transaction services valuation background who wants to move into cpate M&A - with real deal exposure, direct access to seni decision-making and sustainable wking hours.
