We are looking for a Workplace Experience Senior Specialist who will act as a catalyst for this culture, serving as a high-energy go-getter to help translate our strategy into tangible, end-to-end reality. As a Senior Specialist, you don't just identify underlying issues; you possess the analytical skills to proactively deliver end-to-end solutions. Working in sync with the Workplace Experience EMEA Team, you transform obstacles into actionable results, ensuring that On’s brand pulse remains at the heart of every initiative. Reporting to the Senior Lead for Workplace Experience in EMEA, you will operate as a trusted sparring partner, translating strategic direction into tangible experiences within our Zurich office. You will bring your perspective, challenge thinking, and co-create solutions, while leading end-to-end cultural initiatives that influence and inspire Workplace Experience across the region.
