Job Description:

Maintain and nurture existing business relationships, fostering strong commercial and personal connections with partners at all levels, and negotiate favorable commercial and financial terms.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to achieve team sales targets.

Conduct regular site visits, providing on-site and online support to agents, conducting trainings and webinars, and introducing new products to drive sales.

Utilize BI tools to monitor daily client and team performance, driving improved results.

Coordinate with support departments to resolve issues promptly.

Provide regular reporting to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position within the travel industry.

Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with excellent business communication skills.

Strong negotiation and sales management skills in a B2B/API environment.

Proven track record of developing new/existing sales, preferably within an online travel platform.

Strong network and sales skills within the Switzerland travel industry.

Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures.

Willingness to travel regularly for business, with a valid driver's license.

Fluent in English and local languages.
