Requirements:
- Advanced Degree in Medical Sciences, Marketing, Finance, Economics, MBA or similar field with at least 7 years in Pharma.

Previous experience of product launches, brand planning across markets and cross function coordination.

Ideally worked in Oncology, Rare Diseases or Highly Innovative therapies.

Ideally has experience in brand planning, strategy consulting, and/or business planning.

Ability to understand and effectively communicate to both internal and a variety of external customers.

Very good analytical skills with deep expertise to analyze different sources of data (commercial, finance, supply) and spot discrepancies and areas of opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Alliance Lead for one or several partners, ensuring the overall coordination of the interactions with the partner, providing support to internal commercialization, enabling functions and providing value to partners.

Owns the One Medison Brand Planning approach (One Medison Integrated Brand Plan: IBP) for the partnership in scope, by working closely with country colleagues and external Partners to establish excellence in Brand Planning and timely execution in the countries.

Owns the One Medison Patient Funnel Model (PFMs) approach for the partnership in scope, including design/evolution, and pressure-testing across all countries. Spare-partners with countries to review, challenge and validate assumptions in a collaborative and cross-functional way.

Oversees the partner’s brands business performance, ensuring coherence and consistency between business metrics (number of patients, units, revenue) and actively identifying gaps to proactively provide explanations, problem-solve and spot areas of opportunities.

Orchestrates internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of cross-functional workstreams to ensure adherence to schedule, efficiency and deliverables scope.

Partners with Medical, Regulatory and/or other functions to optimize the brand performance and deliver one Medison cross functional plan and partner experience.

Oversees implementation of the alliance management governance and cadence for the partnership in scope and ensures progress monitoring, reporting and issues resolution.

Adjusts and develops in coordination with the Partners and the countries, the brand plans and ensures their implementation through all available channels (events, printed materials, digital materials, web-platforms, etc) and checks their effectiveness (KPIs design, alignment and tracking).

Establishes, develops, and manages collaborative relationships with key external stakeholders and vendors.

Coordinate internal and external communications as required.
