We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead Manufacturing Equipment, MRO and CAPEX sourcing across EUKEM, TRWW, UKI, with ownership of selected global supplier relationships. This is a high‑impact role supporting Supply Chain and Manufacturing as part of ELC’s Beauty Reimagined transformation located in Wollerau, Switzerland.
What you will do:

Lead regional and global sourcing strategies for SC Manufacturing-related indirect spend (IFM, CAPEX, MRO)

Drive 3–5% YOY cost savings across OPEX and COGS

Own RFX processes, contract negotiations and supplier performance management

Partner closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Engineering leaders

Contribute to global category strategy and digital procurement initiatives (e-sourcing, guided buying, AI-enabled sourcing)

Lead supplier risk mitigation and compliance with ELC Procurement policies
