As a Communications Specialist, you will support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies for our Road Logistics and Tech divisions. Working closely with senior leaders and communications professionals across the organization, you will help bring key messages to life, strengthen employee engagement, and enhance our brand visibility across international markets.
- Develop and execute internal communication initiatives that connect employees with business priorities, vision, and strategy.
- Create engaging content across multiple communication channels, translating complex business topics into compelling stories.
- Manage and maintain the divisional intranet presence, ensuring relevant, timely, and impactful communications.
- Support internal engagement activities and events, including Town Halls, change initiatives, and transformation programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with media representatives and support global media relations activities.
- Contribute to the creation of external communication materials, including press releases, thought leadership content, newsletters, and social media communications.
- Partner with Marketing, HR, Corporate Communications, and business leaders to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Monitor industry trends, support reputation management initiatives, and contribute to crisis communication activities when required.
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing both internal and external communication activities in a dynamic business environment.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Strong understanding of media relations, social media, content strategy, and digital communication trends.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Proficiency in creative and visual content tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar, with experience in video editing considered an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
- Fluent English communication skills; German language skills and experience in logistics or another global service industry are a plus.
