We are recruiting for one of our customers in Basel (Switzerland) 1 Logistic Agent / Tool Store to join our industrial operations team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, renewable based on performance.
This role requires flexibility, strong technical skills, and close interaction with production teams.If the candidate demonstrates seriousness, motivation, and competence, the assignment may be extended.
Working Hours
- 07:00 – 16:15 or 09:00 – 18:00
- A certain level of flexibility is required, depending on operational needs.
Contract Duration
Required Education & Background
- Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or Electrotechnics
(e.g. BTS Maintenance Industrielle or equivalent)
- Strong technical background in an industrial environment
- Experience in the aeronautical industry would be a significant asset
Key Responsibilities
- Reception and distribution of tools at the tool counter
- Tracking and follow-up of broken or declared unusable tools
- Documentation and update of procedures and processes
- Support to continuous improvement projects
- Monitoring and follow-up of tool calibrations
- Management of rented tools, both on-site and inter-site
- Providing day-to-day support to the team leader
Skills & Competencies
- Solid technical knowledge in maintenance and industrial tools
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Familiarity with structured and regulated environments
- Ability to work closely with production teams
- Initial experience in team coordination or management is a plus
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset
Language Requirements
- English level B1 (mandatory)
The role involves frequent interactions with production teams
