Sales & Relationship Manager
At swissQuant, we offer a unique opportunity for a high-performing Sales & Relationship Manager to drive growth across our Capital Markets and Wealth Management solutions. We are looking for a true hunter with a strong track record in enterprise SaaS sales within financial services, combined with solid knowledge of wealth management and capital markets.
swissQuant operates across two core business areas:
- Our Capital Markets division delivers model validation and risk consulting solutions, supporting regulatory compliance and competitiveness for clearing houses, exchanges, and market infrastructures.
- Our Wealth Management division provides Private Banks, Independent Asset Managers, and Family Offices with advanced investment advisory and portfolio management solutions, powered by best-in-class risk and optimization engines.
As a Sales & Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business, identifying opportunities, and building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders. You will act as a trusted advisor, able to translate complex, quantitative solutions into clear commercial value for clients.
Your responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across your target segment
- Build and manage relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, as well as risk, portfolio management, and investment teams
- Drive the full sales cycle end-to-end: from prospecting and client engagement to RfP processes and deal closure
- Develop a strong understanding of swissQuant’s
SaaS solutions, risk models, and portfolio optimization capabilities
- Position swissQuant’s offerings effectively by aligning client needs with technical and business value propositions
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
- Track and manage pipeline and performance using Salesforce, leveraging data to refine acquisition strategies
- Collaborate closely with product, quant, and marketing teams to ensure a client-centric and competitive market approach
Your profile
- Academic degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales within financial services, with a strong focus on new client acquisition
- Solid understanding of wealth management and/or capital markets, including client workflows and industry dynamics
- Ability to engage both commercial and technical stakeholders, including C-level executives, risk teams, and investment professionals
- Experience selling complex, analytical, or quantitative solutions is a strong advantage
- Existing network within financial institutions is a plus
