Excellent Python Skills (Production-Ready): You have strong expertise in API development (e.g., FastAPI, Pydantic), containerization, testing (unit and integration), as well as Git and CI/CD - well beyond notebook-based scripting.
Rapid Prototyping: Ability to quickly build and visualize demos and proof-of-concepts.
Strong Architectural Understanding: You apply solid principles, Clean Architecture, dependency injection, and async/concurrency patterns in a structured way, and leverage ORMs (e.g., SQLAlchemy) for clean and efficient database interactions.
Hands-on Experience with Multimodal LLM APIs: Proficient in working with leading models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock).
Advanced GenAI Engineering: Strong command of prompt engineering, structured outputs (JSON), and tool/function calling.
RAG Expertise (End-to-End): Experience in building full pipelines - from embeddings and vector databases (e.g., pgvector) to advanced retrieval, re-ranking, and evaluation.
Agent Development: Experience in designing and orchestrating autonomous systems (e.g., with Pydantic AI), including memory management and guardrails.
Consulting Skills: Experience working directly with clients. You are able to facilitate workshops, present results, and confidently navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Languages: Fluent in German (C1), with professional proficiency in English.
Education: Completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
