Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
In-depth understanding of Market and Treasury Risk processes , including associated control requirements and regulatory drivers
Hands-on experience working with risk data, risk systems (e.g. Murex, Calypso) , and downstream control environments covering both operational workflows and underlying infrastructure components
A dynamic, self-starter attitude with a focus on ownership, accountability, and tangible delivery
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to prepare and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting complex data flows, system interfaces, and enterprise-level process impacts
Proactivity in identifying potential gaps, inconsistencies, inefficiencies, or emerging risks – and taking initiative to address them
Proficiency with modern Agile collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence , and similar platforms used to manage backlogs, track progress, and document solutions
Proven ability to: consolidate diverse requirements into coherent specifications, identify and manage dependencies across teams, and drive coordinated end-to-end testing efforts
Demonstrated success collaborating effectively with highly skilled technical and functional specialists
Exceptional attention to detail balanced with a clear grasp of broader programme objectives and timelines
Full professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
