The Clinical Education Specialist, reporting to the Head of Clinical Education, is responsible for developing and activating customer communities, engagement initiatives, and educational experiences that strengthen relationships with dental professionals and support Nobel Biocare's clinical education and commercial objectives.
The role focuses on building communities around key customer segments, professional interests, clinical disciplines, and treatment workflows, creating meaningful opportunities for education, professional development, networking, and peer-to-peer exchange. By leveraging Nobel Biocare's educational ecosystem, faculty network, customer base, and clinical resources, the role helps increase customer engagement, advocacy, and long-term loyalty.
Working closely with Global Marketing, Product Management, Regional and Local Marketing, Clinical Education, and Sales teams, the role translates global priorities into scalable frameworks, concepts, and activation models that can be implemented effectively across markets. The position requires a hands-on, customer-facing approach to community activation, educational engagement, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring initiatives support both customer value and business objectives.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and activate professional communities aligned to strategic customer segments, clinical interests, treatment workflows, and commercial priorities.
- Create educational and engagement initiatives that foster professional development, networking, peer-to-peer learning, and ongoing interaction with Nobel Biocare.
- Design customer engagement journeys that connect educational programmes, community participation, portfolio priorities, and business objectives.
- Develop scalable concepts, frameworks, toolkits, and activation models that enable consistent implementation of community and engagement initiatives across global markets.
- Support regional and local teams with guidance, best practices, communication approaches, and resources to successfully execute global programmes at a local level.
- Collaborate with Clinical Education, Marketing, Product Management, and Sales teams to ensure community and engagement activities support customer development objectives, product initiatives, and commercial priorities.
- Leverage Nobel Biocare's network, educational assets, customer relationships, and professional communities to maximize participation, engagement, advocacy, and educational impact.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals, clinicians, faculty members, speakers, mentors, and community leaders to support educational and engagement initiatives.
- Track participation, engagement, and agreed performance indicators to evaluate programme effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve customer value and business impact.
- Gather insights from customers, local markets, and internal stakeholders to continuously refine community strategies, educational experiences, and engagement models.
