We have been retained to search on exclusivity for an Executive Chef/Senior Private Chef for a high-profile private family (UHNWI) in the Geneva area.
You would be overseeing one Private Chef and report both to the Household Manager and the Principals directly. My client appreciates particularly Italian/Mediterranean cuisine, so a very good knowledge of this type of cuisine is required (knowledge of other international cuisines would be a further advantage). This is a great role for a passionate Chef to only use the best products available.
You would be mainly based in the Geneva area and cook lunch & dinner for the family. The travel is very limited except for one month in summer to another destination in Europe (here accommodation would be provided).
It is a long-term contract (100%) & the roles comes with an excellent salary.
Candidates need to have a strong knowledge of Italian/Mediterranean cuisine. A good knowledge of other cuisines such as Mexican, Middle Eastern or Asian would be a further plus. Candidates need to be experienced Private Chefs or be experienced Chef de Cuisines/Executive Chefs in luxury hotels.
Candidates also need to have a good knowledge of French & English & be eligible to work in Switzerland or Europe. Current or recent previous experience in Switzerland is of advantage.
